1. The first member in any CO-OP will setup the initial Requirements for that CO-OP.

2. The next member in any CO-OP can suggest additional set of rules to the previous members. And it would be up to the previous members to approve or disapprove any of the newly offered rules.

3. The earlier set of rules always have higher priorities and the member who suggested that rule have to agree to the changes, otherwise it is not possible to change those requirements.

4. Each time $49 will be required from any new member for update of "CO-OP requirement contract".

5. All the CO-OP members have to agree to the new set of Requirements before they are passed.

6. Every member will be contacted through Email 3 times and their vote will turn into a big YES by default if they do not answer back after 3 consecutive days.

7. The original member who initially suggested some set of Requirements have to contact us before any Requirements are changed regardless of 3 Email and 3 consecutive day deadline.

8. Planet BILLBOARD is not responsible for any problems arising in any of the CO-OP teams regardless of whose fault it is.
